What is El Captain?
El Captain is sports academy management software by AL-Arcade. It runs participants and parents, programmes and groups, schedules, attendance, monthly billing and the academy’s own website in one system.
Which sports does El Captain support?
Any sport. Swimming, football, martial arts and others are configurations of the same model — programmes, groups, schedules and pricing — so a new sport does not need new code.
Can parents follow their children?
Yes. Parents see attendance, schedules and payments for each child in the parents’ portal and get WhatsApp notifications.
Does it handle academies with several branches?
Yes. Branches share one system: management sees every branch together, and participants can move between groups and branches.
Is our data separate from other academies?
Yes. Every academy gets its own app and its own database; nothing is shared between clients.
Do we get a website too?
Yes. El Captain includes a website builder: the academy edits its own pages, blocks and menus in Arabic and English.
