What is Club ERP?
Club ERP is a complete club management system (ERP) built by AL-Arcade for sports and social clubs. It covers memberships, subscriptions, sports activities, facility bookings, the treasury, double-entry accounting, HR, payroll, purchasing and stock in one system.
Is the club management system in Arabic?
Yes. Club ERP is built Arabic-first and right-to-left: every screen, receipt, carnet and report is designed in Arabic, with Egyptian rules such as a July-to-June fiscal year built in.
Can one system run several branches?
Yes. Branches, their fees and their cashiers live in the same system, so management sees every branch together while each branch works on its own.
Does it include accounting, or do we need a separate program?
It includes full double-entry accounting. Payments, payroll and purchasing post to the general ledger automatically, with a chart of accounts, cost centres, period closing and a trial balance.
Is there a mobile app for members?
Yes. The members’ app gives each member a digital card and QR gate pass, a family account, bookings and online dues, on top of the same system the club runs on.
