How we work
Storytelling and engineering, in the same room.
- 01
Prototype fast, not twice.
A working version in front of you early — with the seams designed so it never needs a rewrite. It’s the talk our founder gave at Techne Summit.
- 02
Live early, then grow.
Systems go into production early and grow on real data. Club ERP shipped and kept shipping: 913 commits since April 2026.
- 03
Arabic first, not translated.
Screens, receipts, reports and documents are designed right-to-left from day one, with Egyptian rules built in.
- 04
We run what we build.
We host, monitor and support our systems on our own infrastructure, and every change ships through version control.
